“Pre-identified Critical Sites” (ETARE) refer to facilities with specific security challenges—industrial plants, chemical sites, critical infrastructures, nuclear facilities, etc. To optimize response capabilities, these sites are geo-referenced and integrated into GIS platforms, allowing visualization of their locations, influence zones, available resources, and potential vulnerabilities. Intervention plans can thus be prepared in advance, influence maps generated, and crisis simulations conducted. This geospatial systems-based approach strengthens preparedness, reduces response time, and increases territorial resilience in the face of major incidents.
